A Little About Me

 Over a decade ago, I learned the art of making fresh pasta from an Italian chef in a kitchen just off the Ponte Vecchio in Florence.

It’s become something of an obsession and I’ve been refining my skills ever since.  As a long time resident of Echo Park (I first moved here in 1991) I have loved hosting al-fresco pasta dinners under the arching Chinese Elm on my patio. But during the pandemic that wasn’t possible. So I came up with a way to invite others to join in that Sunday tradition, all from the comfort of your own home.
