Over a decade ago, I learned the art of making fresh pasta from an Italian chef in a kitchen just off the Ponte Vecchio in Florence.
It’s become something of an obsession and I’ve been refining my skills ever since. As a long time resident of Echo Park (I first moved here in 1991) I have loved hosting al-fresco pasta dinners under the arching Chinese Elm on my patio. But obviously, during the pandemic that hasn’t been possible. So now, I’d like to invite others to join in that tradition, all from the comfort and security of your own home.
